Traditional Appetizer

Medallion of capon galantine with crispy seasonal vegetables and shaved truffle,
Russian salad, festive centrepiece of Ascolana-style fried specialities (stuffed olives, cream fritters and mini mozzarella bites)
served with a glass of sparkling wine to toast a Merry Christmas.

First Courses

Cappelletti in capon broth,
boiled capon and beef with mixed country herbs (chicory),
served with green herb sauce on the side.
Rossini-style cannelloni.

Main Courses

Roasted suckling pig “in porchetta”,
grilled lamb “scottadito” with roasted potatoes.

Dessert

Panettone filled with Chantilly cream and chocolate chips.
Espresso coffee and digestifs.
